Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

For positions No. 1-23 proposals are accepted in rubles. For positions №24-46 proposals are accepted in USD/ euro.
RUBLE OFFERS HAVE PRIORITY WHEN CHOOSING THE WINNER.

1. Terms of payment - mandatory 100% delay 60 kal.days
2. Supplier's consent is required to sign a standard contract form (in attachment)
3. Warranty - at least 24 months.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This procedure of request for proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations at the Customer's choice supplier.
