Payment terms:Postponement of payment is at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Time of delivery of all goods and materials for the needs of AO "Cordiant" in Yaroslavl shall be specified in commercial proposal. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse in Yaroslavl, Sovetskaya Str. 81 shall be paid by the supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement System "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of AO "Cordiant" without protocols of disagreements and to supply under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5) Attach commercial proposal with indication of: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer. 6) For all questions refer to Poruchikova Mariya, tel. +7(4852) 79-15-75
