Auto-extension

Payment terms:The postponement of payment is at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Time for the delivery of the whole range of goods and materials for the needs of the branch of AO "Cordiant" in Yaroslavl shall be specified in commercial proposal. Transportation costs for delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Yaroslavl, Sovetskaya Str. 81 shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement System "B2B-Cordiant" at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System. 2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
