The remaining payments are paid monthly, as the stages of work are completed, on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, form KS-2, certificate of form KS-3, signed by representatives of the parties, invoice and invoice, simultaneously with executive documentation and test results (at the request of the Customer ) certain types of work.
The final payment is made within 10 working days after the delivery of the executive documentation and the signing of the technical readiness act.

Comments: Part 6. Requirements for the performance of work.
6.1 A preliminary visit of the Contractor to the site is required to get acquainted with the scope of work
6.2 The contractor agrees before the start of the work on the subcontractors involved
6.3 All the necessary approvals, permits with third-party organizations arising in the process of performing construction and installation works are performed by the contractor independently;
6.4 Engagement of road transport equipment necessary for the performance of work is carried out by the Contractor
6.5 The contractor completes the work with all materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the cable line-10 kV
6.6 All changes in the range of supplied materials must be agreed with the Customer without increasing the estimated cost
6.7 All materials used must have passports and certificates of conformity;
6.8 The technical customer and the company for construction supervision (if necessary) are selected by Angel East Rus LLC.
6.9 The contractor undertakes to have the requirements for the execution of as-built documentation in accordance with the current regulatory documents and SNiPs.
6.10 The contractor undertakes to maintain as-built documentation throughout the entire period of work and transfer it to the customer in full after the completion of construction
6.11 Tolling equipment and materials are: cells (chambers) type KSO 298M, operating current cabinet (SHOT)
6.12 Employees of the company taking part in the tender must have all the necessary permits and permits to carry out work in these conditions.
6.13 After the completion of the work, including the improvement of the territory, the Contractor, together with the Customer and representatives of IDGC of Center, PJSC - Lipetskenergo, Rostechnadzor ensures the receipt of permission to put the facility into operation
6.14 If there is a need for a partial deviation from the technical specifications, the Contractor shall agree on the necessary changes with the Lipetskenergo branch of IDGC of Center, PJSC, with an amendment to the approved technical conditions.
6.15 Construction, installation and commissioning works must be performed in accordance with the current Labor Protection Rules (POT), PUE (edition 7), SNiP, Fire Safety Rules for Energy Enterprises (PPR and VPPB)
6.16 The contractor receives all the approvals and conclusions necessary for the performance of design and survey work with environmental authorities, architecture and urban planning authorities and other interested organizations.
6.17 If the Customer or a representative of Rostekhnadzor reveals deficiencies during the acceptance of the work, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate the identified deficiencies within the agreed timeframe.
6.18 The contractor must ensure the compliance of the work performed and structural elements with the project, the requirements of regulatory and technical documents of technological maps
6.19 The Contractor must ensure compliance with the deadlines for the delivery of the completed construction stages and the facility as a whole to the Customer;
