1. The product must be new, not used, free from the rights of third parties, meet the standards of the Russian Federation, the specifications of the manufacturer;
2. It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer issued on the letterhead of the enterprise signed by the head, indicating the essential terms of delivery;
3. Certificate of Conformity, Quality Passport, Safety Data Sheet, Dealer Certificates - required;
4. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the supplied Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the corresponding type transport. This packaging must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, multiple transshipments and storage;
5. Requirements for the form of the contract are according to the buyer's form
