Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), either by rail to the station in Kogalym or to the terminal of the transport company in Kogalym, taking into account all costs and risks On delivery, Delivery can be carried out in full or in separate batches and be accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list stipulated by the delivery contract.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. The list of constituent documents (the list is attached in the attached file);
3. Permits (certificate of conformity, permission to use, if the product is subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
Request for proposals is carried out in relation to current needs.
Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the range of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.

Comments:
Prices are excluding VAT, including transportation costs.

1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. To participate are:
- Manufacturers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on empowerment to sell the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Bid price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Consent of the participant with the editorial board of the organizer, signing of the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the goods are transferred to the customer’s warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the electronic trading platform).
4. The delivery of products should be in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of regulatory documentation, and additional requirements of the customer, agreed by the parties).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
