Bidding is conducted with a qualifying selection of companies. To do so, the participant must upload a confirmation of OSK LLC's qualification criteria (see attachment) to ETP during the bidding process. Purchase item is a socio% reduction to the basic cost generation conditions generated by the customer. Estimating the cost of the works according to the estimated documentation applied to the bidding. The quote must be filed according to the instruction (see attachment).
