Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

4. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement !!!
5. Mandatory development and approval of the ERP (PPR), work schedule (before starting work);
6. The minimum quality guarantee period is 2 years.
7. All work must be carried out in accordance with the approved ERP (PPR), SP 48.13330.2019, SP 34.13330.2012, VSN 24-88, current GOSTs. Drawing up and signing of executive documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006.
8. Ensuring the sanitary condition at the facility.
9. The supply of materials is carried out by the Contractor. The materials used in the repair process must comply with the requirements of the estimate documentation. Replacement of materials is allowed only by agreement with the Customer in writing, provided that the materials offered by the contractor are not inferior to the quality parameters of the materials laid down in the approved estimate calculations and do not exceed the cost.
10. If necessary, be able to organize a sliding, flexible work schedule, including on weekends.
11. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6 of the Procurement Documentation);
12. All generated wastes of IV hazard class, formed as a result of the work, the Contractor undertakes to independently take out for placement, disposal and neutralization with supporting documents.
13. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car).

The estimates are attached at 2001 base prices. To submit an offer, it is necessary to recalculate the estimates into the current prices at the time of the offer submission!

Требования к поставщику:Работы должны выполняться организацией имеющей:
1.Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
1.1. Оборудование и механизмы для выполнения работ.
2. Квалифицированный персонал:
2.1. Специалисты, аттестованные:
- по ОТ (протоколы учебного центра);
- по ПТМ (протоколы учебного центра);
2.2 Наличие специалиста по строительному контролю;
3.Опыт проведения подобных работ.
Требования к материалам:7. Поставка материалов осуществляется силами Подрядчика. Применяемые в процессе ремонта материалы должны соответствовать требованиям сметной документации. Замена материалов допускается только по согласованию с Заказчиком в письменном виде, при условии, что предлагаемые материалы подрядчиком не уступают качественным параметрам материалов, заложенных в утверждённых сметных расчётах и не превышают стоимость.
Требования к документации:1. Коммерческое предложение (по форме Приложения 2 Закупочной документации)
2. Анкета (по форме Приложения 3 Закупочной документации)
3. Скан-копии квалификационных документов согласно раздела «Квалификационные требования к поставщику»
4. Справка по технике и оборудованию, необходимых для выполнения комплекса работ (по форме справок 3.1, 3.2 в Приложении 3 Закупочной документации).
5. Справка по опыт проведения подобных работ (по форме справки 4.1 в Приложении 3 Закупочной документации)
6. Справка по кадровому составу предприятия (по форме справки 2.2 в Приложении 3 Закупочной документации)
