Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acts and submitting the invoice. If it is necessary to advance the counterparty, the issued advance must be secured by a bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment. The text of the bank guarantee and the guarantor bank are agreed by the parties to the agreement. The guarantee must be issued by a guarantor bank from the list of TOP-20 in terms of net assets of Russian banks and, in relation to foreign guarantor banks, must have a rating of at least "AA-" on the S&P scale ("High Quality Commitments") or a similar rating of international rating agencies

1. Информации о кадрах предприятия –
• Кадровый состав по должностям и профессиям и среднесписочная численность;
• Документация по результатам аттестации и обучения персонала по направлению деятельности;
2. Наличие собственных/собственных и привлеченных машин, механизмов, оборудования (приложить сведения)
3. Наличие опыта работ / поставок (референц-лист)
4. Документы, подтверждающие качество продукции (сертификаты качества, соответствия, паспорта изделий)
Для прохождения финансового аудита АО «ПНТЗ» необходимо предоставить документы (приложить к заявке):
Форма 1 - бухгалтерский баланс на последнюю отчетную дату ;
Форма 2 – отчет о финансовых результатах за последний отчетный год
