Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment is made by non-cash settlement by transferring funds to the current account of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form. Settlements under the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form are made in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "on rules for the transfer of funds" from 19.06.2012 G. № 383-P.
There is no advance payment. Payment is made at the end of each quarter on the basis of the account of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form within 10 working days if there are signed by the Parties the Act on acceptance of the executed works (Form KS-2), reference on the cost Work and costs (form CS-3) and invoiced invoice.
Delivery terms:term of work – 31.12.2018 G. The winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form is obliged to start the work within 5 (five) working days from the moment of signing the contract by both parties.
