Comments:
The list of works required for performance is presented in Appendix 3.1 "Defective statements" to the contract. Work performance term: 2-3 quarter 2021.
A local estimate / estimate must be provided with the Quotation.
Full compliance with the requirements established by SNiP, GOST, and Federal Law on the maintenance and operation of buildings and structures in the Russian Federation.
Upon completion of the work, the Contractor provides the customer with an acceptance certificate for the work performed (original, 2 copies), certificates of conformity for the materials used, and other documents provided for by the contract.
Provision of a guarantee for the work performed for at least 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed, with the obligatory preservation of guarantees for materials. |
