Payment terms:1. В счет стоимости Работ по Договору Заказчик уплачивает Подрядчику аванс в размере 10% (десяти процентов) от общей стоимости работ по Договору. Оплата производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
2. Платеж в размере 90% (девяносто процентов) от общей стоимости работ по Договору выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ (по форме КС-2) и Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (по форме КС-3) за весь объем выполненных работ с приложением приемо-сдаточной и исполнительной документации, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
