Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment within 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the acts of KS-2, KS-3 and the provision of an invoice. If it is necessary to advance the counterparty, the advance paid must be provided with a bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee should be issued by the guarantor bank from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks and have a rating of at least "AA-" on the S scale for foreign guarantor banks

The contractor must know and understand the design features of the equipment, it is imperative to have experience in the repair of metallurgical equipment, the qualifications of the personnel involved in the repair of equipment must meet at least the 5th category in their specialties according to the ETKS.
