Payment terms:
Priority option of the payment procedure: payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acts of work performed. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, deadlines, etc.)
Delivery terms:
1. The contracting organization must have full civil legal capacity, must be registered in accordance with the established procedure, have an SRO permit and a license to produce SMR under a subcontract affecting the safety of capital construction facilities.;
2. The contracting organization must have trained and certified personnel to carry out a complex of works.
3. Methods, technologies and the order of work must comply with the requirements of the SNIP, GOST, PPR, the Legislation of the Russian Federation, agreed with the Customer.
4. The works are carried out in the conditions of the current production with harmful working conditions.
5. The contractor uses its own equipment and equipment necessary for work, including hand and power tools, hand winches, slings, PPE, etc., during the production of works.
6. Deadline: according to the agreed schedule.
7. The work is carried out from the Customer's materials.
8. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer) must attach a commercial offer and an estimate for the performance of work.

Comments: 1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the performance of work.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
