Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Not earlier than 30 working days from the date of completion of the work.
Delivery terms:Execution of works in the contractor's service center. The location of the service center at a distance of no more than 100 km from the PU.

Comments:
The commercial offer must specify:
- Cost of work;
- The deadline for the completion of the work from the date of the application;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
