Priority option of the payment procedure: payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acts of work performed. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, deadlines, etc.)

1. the work is carried out from the Customer's materials;
2. availability of SRO for work;
3. certification of IT and performers on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities;
4. term of work: according to the agreed schedule with the Customer.

If tax reporting is not available or does not allow to verify the Contractor's integrity with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance of work by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment /tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
