The commercial offer must indicate:
- The term for the delivery of spare parts and the performance of work in calendar days from the date of application;
- Terms of payment;
- The term of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under a standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Guarantee period;
- Service center addresses of the contractor;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal provides for a partial or full prepayment. In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to support a letter from the bank about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the proposal.
