The commercial offer necessarily states:

- Possibility of providing security measures (bank guarantee) if a commercial offer is made for partial or full prepayment.In case of upfront payment more than 1,000,000 RUB VAT Vendor/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the Top 10 bank based on the RF Central Bank rating. For confirmation, a letter from the bank is ready to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
You must attach a copy of the documents specified in the request to the offer.
