Comments: Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The delivery time for spare parts and work in calendar days from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Addresses of service centers of the contractor;
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
