Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, terms, etc.)

Comments:
1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the performance of work.
2. This request is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
3. The contractor is obliged to carry out the work on his own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
4. By sending the offer (offer) the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of work, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
