Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Acceptance of works is carried out in stages, on a monthly basis. The Contractor, not later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits to the Customer for verification and signing of the Acceptance Act (Form No. КС-2), no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month. costs (form number KS-3) and the invoice of the sample established in the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:1. The current production.
3. Supply of materials by the Contractor.
4. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (the list of banks in Appendix 7)
