Payment terms:
Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion.
Acceptance of works is carried out once upon completion of the entire scope of work. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Act of the work performed (form No. KS-2), no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) and an invoice of the standard established in the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:

2. It is advisable to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
3. Waste is generated in the course of the work. Collection, removal and disposal of waste at the expense of the contractor.

5. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, on the territory of JSC "PNTZ" - residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk / Sverdlovsk region from another region before starting work with by providing supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.), or presenting a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
6. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).
7. When calculating the cost of work in current prices, a refund for the use of the Customer's energy resources is applied in the amount of 1.93% of the cost of construction and installation work.

Требования к поставщику:
Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Квалифицированный персонал, соответствующий характеру выполняемой работы:
1.1. Аттестованные по Охране труда (протоколы учебного центра)
1.2. Наличие специалиста по строительному контролю.
1.3. Аттестованные рабочие (маляр, штукатур, плотник)
2. Наличие необходимого инструмента и оборудования для проведения работ, укомплектованность СИЗ. Оборудование и материалы должны быть сертифицированы, проверены и соответствовать требованиям законодательства РФ.
3. Опыт выполнения данного вида работ, подтвержденный референс-листом.
4. Наличие договора Исполнителя с организацией, обладающей такой лицензией.
5. Наличие договора Подрядчика с транспортной компанией, имеющей лицензию на перевозку отходов IV класса опасности с учетом наличия техники для погрузки и перемещению отходов, оснащенной системой слежения GPS/Глонасс.
Требования к материалам:
Оборудование и материалы должны быть сертифицированы, проверены и соответствовать требованиям законодательства РФ
