Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment in the order of 100% within 30 banking days from the date of delivery / execution of works/provision of services. Payment days are Tuesday/Thursday.
Delivery terms:Services are provided at the request of the engineering service during the 2nd half of 2023 on the territory of the Customer and on the territory of the Contractor, depending on the volume and nature of the work performed.

The commercial offer must specify:
- The cost of work including VAT;
- The deadline for the completion of works from the date of the application;
- Payment terms;

- Addresses of the contractor's service centers;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
