Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Settlements for work performed shall be made within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of submission by the Contractor of payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment) drawn up on the basis of a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) signed by the Parties to the Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. КС-2)

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
