Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. It is necessary to attach all the required documents (completed Appendices 1-6, a list of documents confirming the qualifications of personnel and work experience in accordance with p 14 Requirements Specifications, as well as documents confirming the availability of a dump truck g/p 10 tons, and fill in the tabular part of the E-Marketplaces).
2. The proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the system of Diadocs (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.

5. In case of winning the tender with the Bidder, the possibility of concluding an Agreement on EDI is being considered (the draft is attached to the Call for Bidding), as well as the conclusion of an Agreement on ensuring Production Safety (the draft is attached to the Call for Bidding, it must be signed when submitting the Technical and Commercial Proposal).
