Materials and equipment necessary for the production of Works are purchased and delivered to the facility by the Contractor at their own expense;
The Contractor shall be obliged to submit documents confirming their quality for the materials used in the production of the current repair, which must be transferred to the Customer upon acceptance of the Works;
The equipment used in the performance of the Works must be approved for use, have passports and supporting documentation with marks of serviceability, the passage of planned maintenance and the next.
When performing the Works, the Contractor must provide its employees involved in the work with special clothing, personal protective equipment, safe tools and equipment, yellow signal vests made in accordance with TU 85725-002-00302907-2005, GOST R 12.4.219-99 "Special clothing high visibility signal "on which stencils should be applied on the back, indicating the owner’s affiliation with the contractor.
