Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Preference to participants on the terms: Payment for services rendered to the Contractor is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed.

Comments:
A local estimate calculation must be provided with the Commercial Proposal (the local estimate calculation must be in electronic form in EXCEL format). The commercial offer must contain the following information: the name of the service, the proposed price for each object of the premises or workshops being repaired, the quantity (volume), period (terms), the conditions for the performance of work (provision of services), the conditions and procedure for the acceptance of works (services) in terms of quantity and quality , availability of warranty obligations for work (services) and conditions, payment procedure (prepayment, advance payment, deferred payment).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
