Payment terms:Preferred payment of 100% on the fact of services rendered with a delay of 60 cd. + 7 c.d. (as part of the implementation of the Single Payment Day system, the letter is attached in the procurement documentation)

Delivery terms:The work is carried out in the conditions of an operating enterprise, at hazardous production facilities.

Comments:
1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the ETP, the submission of a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter TCH) on a letterhead is required, indicating the timing of the work and the form of payment. The TCH should be prepared taking into account the requirements specified in the terms of reference. The TCH must be valid for at least sixty (60) calendar days. Also, it is mandatory to fill out Appendices 2-6 (the forms are posted as part of the procurement documentation);
2. Applications will be considered only from accredited suppliers (accreditation No. 178, link https://www.b2b-center.ru/b2b_metalloinvest/) and only posted on the ETP.
3. As part of improving procurement procedures and providing the Company's needs with services with the required level of industrial safety, potential suppliers must pass accreditation No. 373 "Accreditation for Occupational Health and Safety".
Successful completion of the accreditation procedure is possible only if a completed supplier application form is provided, as well as a complete set of supporting documents.

Please note that this procedure is mandatory for all participants in the competitive procurement.
Technical and commercial proposals submitted without passing this accreditation will not be accepted from 01.07.2021.
4. In case of winning the tender, an EDF Agreement is concluded with the participant (the draft is attached to the purchase)
5. Please read the Agreement on the provision of prom. security, which will be a mandatory annex to the contract (the project is attached to the purchase)

7.
