Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not restored.
