Payment terms:Buyer shall pay by transferring money to the Vendor's account in the following order: 100% of the value of the item — within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and its own forces to the Buyer's warehouse. The goods delivered must be new, not restored.
The deadline for signing a contract by the supplier is not more than five days from receipt of the notice of the winner.
