3) Questions on the tender assignment are accepted through

4) Technical requirements for KP design (acceptable formats):
• Excel - required;
• PDF, PowerPoint, Word – optional/if necessary (according to the Tender assignment).

5) Participation in the procedure is free of charge if there is a valid EDS.
