Comments:
Separately pay attention that your commercial offer (offer) must obligatorily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU, HUNDRED, etc.);
• the number of proposed to supply goods in the relevant subject procurement units;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on expenditures, included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery of individual batches of products;
• the terms and conditions of payment products

The requested schedule, delivery volumes in the delivery schedule. " If other arrangements are expected to supply (incl. aggregated parties ahead of schedule, etc.), offer (offer) should necessarily include a relevant comment.

Offer (offeree) must not be less than three months from the day following the last day of the application period.

The mandatory requirement is availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.

Simultaneously with the proposals necessarily annex technical description, quality passport and certificate of conformity. Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

REQUIREMENT-upload a quotation for the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization.

An organization recognized as a winner, you must enclose the supply contract with JSC "SMP", as amended by JSC "SMP".
For counterparties, pre-registered in the system but have not received DS and not paid for participation in the system, you can download Organizer price request proposals on behalf of the counterparty. This requires three documents:
- Offer (offer) certified by signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- Document establishing the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
- Letter of waiver of further claims on the occasion that the proposal is filed on the tender not by Party (in free-form on company letterhead with the signature of the authorized person). A prerequisite for granting a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of a manufacturer or dealer. Commercial proposal validity period: 3 months.
