Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 60 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: no later than 15.04.2018 g. We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Freight charges for shipment of the goods to the consignee's warehouse is borne by the provider.

Comments:
1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal specifying: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and products manufacturer.
6) Making necessary according to customer's drawings. Drawings appended to the notice.
