Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Proposal
- A commercial proposal indicating prices taking into account delivery, contractual terms, delivery dates, payment terms, and price validity periods;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer, certificates of an official dealer / distributor;
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- bid price;
- deferred payment;
- participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with warehouse);
- readiness to conclude a contract as amended by the Customer.
3. This trading procedure is not a reduction or a competition, does not fall under the scope of Articles 467-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
