- The ongoing request for proposals is not a competition (auction form) provided st.447-449 Civil Code.
The customer has the right to reject all offers received for any reason and do not enter into a contract or terminate commercial request for proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Substitution products claimed by the same, does not lead to deterioration of the technical and operating characteristics of the products. - Offered products must be certified and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation. Be sure to register when completing the table provided analogs !! If equivalents are shown in the table, the CP will not be taken into consideration!
- Basis of delivery - the warehouse of the consignee.
- Transfer of ownership - the warehouse of the consignee.
