Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the buyer This request for proposals is not an auction or public contest in the understanding of Art. 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the contest are considered pre-contract work and do not impose on the organizer obligations that exceed the listed conditions of the competition.
