Requirements to the contract form - in the Buyer's wording. This RFP does not constitute the bidding or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of an agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed the listed conditions of the competition.
