Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Forwarder specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after the signing of the act of services rendered and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

Comments:
I invite you to take part in the request for the provision of FTL rates for the delivery of orders between Ozon warehouses and to points of issue of orders.

Request details:
o It is planned to open a warehouse in Kazakhstan. In this regard, a tariff scale and elaboration of a route launch strategy are required.
o At the start, all pickup points will be located within the city (1 delivery zone 0-49 km)
o Delivery to the pickup point until 16:00.

The tariff between warehouses must be indicated for direct and round trip. In rubles, excluding VAT.

The tariff to the pickup point consists of two parts:

∙ Basic fare - delivery up to 10 points along the route. The rates include:
o forwarding services,
o cargo handling,
o return of shipping documents to the Customer with a seal, signature of the Recipient, with the date and time of acceptance and delivery of the cargo,
o collection of the return flow from the pickup point and its delivery to the Customer's warehouse.

∙ Tariff for an additional point. Each additional point of unloading, starting from the eleventh one, is charged separately.
* The price is indicated without VAT. VAT is paid separately.

In the attachment:
• Template for filling. Indicate tariffs in rubles, excluding VAT, VAT is paid separately. The table shows the estimated need for transport.
• Template of the contract for the provision of technical specifications for review. Will be finalized taking into account local legislation.
• Participant's questionnaire for filling.


Request schedule:
06/28/2021 - placement of the purchase.
28.06-07.07.2021 - collection of commercial offers.
07/08/09/07 - analysis of the received quotations.
12.07-15.07 - the second round of the request.
07.16-21.07 - discussion, summing up. Selection of the leader of the request.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
