b) Information on mechanoequipment of the applicant; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the subject of the tender (for construction, installation and design and survey works).
c) The company's charter (for the winner of the tender) if it is available (the IP is not requested).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (in case the company makes financial statements) for the last reporting period d) Certified tax returns (on VAT, income tax, USN) for 2 of the last reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Certificate of registration for tax accounting.

In the absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the priority of the items of the list, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for bidding.



This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1065 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as provisions Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. N 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs". Applicants who have submitted an offer not on time, and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizer and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding through an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted by other means.
