Attention! On the basis of APPENDIX №1 - Request for price proposals for Lot No. 1, 2 applications must be submitted: 1) without analogues - total total cost of LOTA No. 1 without analogues; 2) analogues - total total cost of LOTA No. 1 with analogues. The customer will choose one of the proposed options.
According to Lot No. 2, participants submit one application within the framework of Appendix No. 1 - Price request form: TOTAL TOTAL COST OF LOT No. 2 (a participant may offer analogues taking into account the description and image provided by the customer). The total cost of the Participant’s offer for two lots shall not exceed 30 million rubles with 20% VAT (25 million rubles without 20% VAT).
