1. This competitive procedure with prior selection of suppliers is directed in accordance with the Tender Rules Organizer of the tender as part of the commercial request for proposals, which (as she carried out a preliminary selection of suppliers) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not governed by Article. 447-449 hours. 1 and 1057-1061 hours. 2 CC RF. 2. Organizer of the tender reserves the right to select a few winners, by dividing the supply of specified quantities of the product at its sole discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating the tender.
3. Organization / documentation is not as specified in the notice requirements and forms, the Organizer is entitled to reject without explanation and declare the documentation, and therefore the Applicant is not relevant requirements of this competitive process.
4. In a bid to put the final asking price, as well as to make all the constituent documents in accordance with the attachment list (Annex 1). Also indicate whether you are willing to accept our standard form contract unchanged.
5. Prices must be exclusive of VAT and include the cost of goods, packaging, registration under the laws of the documentation delivery to the plant.
6. 7. Offers in the course of the procedure will be taken into consideration when fixing the prices provided for at least 4 months with possible extension (preference is given to the vendor with the highest price fixing period). The Organizer reserves the right not to consider proposals do not meet the standard requirements RusAgro. Suppliers have confirmed in the tender conditions RusAgro, and later did not hold the specified time fixing - can be added to the list of unreliable suppliers (will not be invited in the next tenders).
8. Winner (s) Bid approved by the chairman of the tender committee, the results of all aggregate factors (price, payment delay, the presence / absence of advance payment, warranty, standard RusAgro conditions, price fixing periods).
9. Supply is not a one-off, and at the request of the plants. The amount may be adjusted by application of the plant both in greater and in the smaller side.
10. In the case of the price of a tender above the budget planned plants, the possibility of re-auction between members of the main stage.
11. We will not be accepted proposals of applicants, companies which have a registration deadline of less than one year and did not provide ETP statutory and accounting documents (Appendix 1)
12. When signing contracts with suppliers victorious necessarily signing of Schedule 5 "Anti-corruption clause" and Annex 6 "Special usloviya_ due diligence" on both sides (supplier and factory)
