Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment will be made in rubles after 60 (sixty) calendar days on the first payment day of the Customer (business Monday and Wednesday) after receipt of the goods at the warehouse of the Buyer / Consignee.
Standard penalties of 2.5% per week.
Delivery terms:the supply is not one-time, but at the request of the plants during the repair season and the processing season (at the demand of the plants and at fixed prices of suppliers)
