Planned stages of the purchase:
Stage 1. Collection of documents and verification of potential participants (qualification)
Stage 2. The commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To pass Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the email address Tenders_USafarkulov@beeline.ru no later than 18: 00 (Moscow time) on August 16, 2021 (in the subject of the letter, specify "The name of the organization. Cabinets and PDUs"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.

* The package of accompanying documentation must be archived, the names of folders in the archive must correspond to the numbers of items from the Statement of Compliance with the CT. Please note that the "Block factor" criterion in the qualification requirements is a mandatory compliance criterion.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.
