Comments:
1. To submit an offer, the Participant must:
• Fill in and attach in the "Files" tab the Supplier / Contractor's Registration Card (Appendix # 1) and the requested scans of documents in accordance with the Appendices to the registration card (Appendix # 2);
• Fill in and attach a scan of the Anti-Corruption Statement (Appendix # 3) in the "Files" tab with the Participant's signature;
• Fill in and attach in the "Files" tab the completed Appendix No. 4.5 Competitive proposal in Excel format and scanned copies signed by the Participant

The participant has the right to submit an offer for any number of positions in Appendix No. 5

Proposals are accepted via ETP B2B-Center.
You can repeatedly submit your bids down until the end of the request for proposals.
