Products are supplied in batches based on the Customer's requests.

Comments: 1. To submit an offer, the Participant must:
• Fill in and attach to the ETP the Supplier / Counterparty Registration Card (Appendix # 1) and the requested scans of documents in accordance with the Appendices to the registration card (Appendix # 2);
• Fill in and attach on the ETP a scan of the Anti-Corruption Statement (Appendix # 3) signed by the Participant;
Fill in and attach the Requirement to the Participant (Appendix No. 4) Ecxel and a scanned copy with the Participant's signature
• Fill in Purchasing positions in rubles. without VAT
The participant has the right to submit an offer for any number of positions
Proposals are accepted through the B2B-Center ETP.
You can repeatedly submit your bids down until the end of the request for proposals.
