Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
To participate in the trading procedure MANDATORY:
1. Visit to the customer’s production facility;
2. Providing a full package of documents in accordance with paragraph 7.1. and 11 terms of reference, as well as the "List of required documents for participation in tenders).

ATTENTION: the package of documents must be complete in accordance with the requirement outlined above. The absence of any document means the automatic exclusion of your offer from the list considered by the results of the bidding.
