2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last reporting period.
3. Reference sheet (template attached to the auction).
4. License or certificates for work.
5. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. 6. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign without making changes, without a protocol of disagreements:
- contract in the form of TB (attached to the auction);

9. In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will be considered as not complying with the Terms of Reference.
