Comments:
The participant must upload to the electronic platform a package of documents for due diligence, including:
1. Filled in Registration card in the form of Appendix No. 1;
2. List of documents Appendix # 2;
3. Scan of the anti-corruption assurance in the form of Appendix No. 3.
4. Completed Appendix No. 4 Requirements for Participants.

Proposals are accepted through the B2B-Center ETP.
You can repeatedly submit your bids down until the end of the request for proposals.
