Настоящим письмом выражаем Вам благодарность за участие в отборе предложений на выбор поставщика и заключение договора на оказание услуг по предоставлению и обслуживанию (периодическая замена, чистка, химчистка) влаговпитывающих грязезащитных ковриков на объектах ООО «О’КЕЙ» в г. Екатеринбург и надеемся на дальнейшее плодотворное сотрудничество в будущем.
В соответствии с решением тендерного комитета, уведомляем Вас о том, что по итогам закупочной процедуры принято решение признать победителей компании:
1)Основной победитель (лучшее предложение) ООО "Чистое превосходство". обоснование выбора: участник обладает собственными производственными мощностями для оказания услуг.
2) резервный победитель: ООО "Компания Лидер чистоты"
Проводимый отбор предложений не является ни конкурсом, ни аукционом в понимании статьей 447-449 ГК РФ, 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Наша компания, проводя процедуру запроса, рассмотрения и отбора предложений, не имеет намерения и не выражает волеизъявления на проведение торгов и на заключение с кем-либо из участников договора путем проведения торгов. Наша компания не принимает обязательства заключить договор с кем-либо из участников, в том числе и с участником, сделавшим лучшее предложение. Компания по своему усмотрению оставляет за собой право вообще не заключать договор ни с кем из участников. Компания не обязана информировать участников о причинах своего выбора и о причинах отказа кому-либо из участников или всем участникам.
