Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites you to take part in the tender for the choice of the provider of responsible storage and storage processing services and fulfilment services of Beeline online store. The tender will be held for two lots: the lot for responsible storage, the warehouse processing and the fulfilment of the online store and the lot only for responsible storage and storage processing.
To participate in the tender it is necessary to:
1. Fill in the participant's questionnaire (provide in pdf format signed and printed and doc)
2. Examine and agree to the Privacy Statement
3. Provide scans of accounting balance sheets certified by the company seal and the tax authority, scans of income statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company seal and the tax authority; filled in according to the attached reporting excel-template
If the last available reporting is annual, then the annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the latest available reporting is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, the reporting for 3 periods is provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. Consolidated statements of the holding shall be provided in the case of a participant's membership.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, with the document containing one page saved to a separate file and the document containing several pages and annexes, $ must also be grouped into a single file.
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation is not a notice of holding an open competition or auction in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and accordingly does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom, $ provided for in these articles.$
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
